The EVD excellent (yellow top) is a nice clear extender with a new ingrediënt whicht gives extra protection to the semencells. It has a clear yellowish colour, that is why it is very good to use with analyse systems such as Androvision or ohter casa systems. This clear extender is also practical in use during centrifugation. Especially when you use Optiprep or Equipure, because when you use EVD excellent, the pallet of semen is very well visable, so you can work very precisely.
